We are using the EVEN hotel (a new IHG hotel chain). The price is $129 a night. Rooms have mini-fridges. 

The hotel is in the tony Avalon shopping district of Alpharetta. Plenty of dining choices are within walking distance as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. 

The hotel offers inexpensive breakfasts. There is a Chick-fil-a across the street with the best chicken biscuit in the world.
