Description:
This is the all-day training sessions and certification for North Carolina teachers that will be eligible to teach high school students LAPSEN Esri Drone2Map for certification as required for ID12 Drone Technology II and is part of the Proof of Learning for this course. This workshop will consist of classroom and actual flying mapping exercises as required to meet the LAPSEN Esri Drone2Map certification. The cost is $125 per person and will include lunch and snacks. Teachers must bring their own laptop computer and a drone for flying the mapping missions. Teachers will leave the workshop with the knowledge and must complete a 2D and 3D mapping project after the workshop and submit it for evaluation before obtaining their certification to teach students and evaluate them for certification.
