Registration Costs

Note: meals are not included. The cost to add breakfast and lunch for the two days of the conference would have cost over $250 in added registration fees. Our leadership felt that was too expensive. 

* Facility Fee. Explorlabs does not charge a fee for training.

Registration Instructions

Note – you DO NOT need to be an ACTE member to register

Step 1 – https://www.careertechvision.com//onsite_reg.cfm

Step 2 – If you are an ACTE member – search for your ACTE ID and go from there. If you are not an ACTE mender your email in the box under “If this is your first ACTE event, please enter your email here to begin.”

Step 3 – enter the requestioned information. 

• For Field of Specialization/ACTE Division enter “New and Related Services” then you will see in the next section “Law and Public Safety” – unless you are from Admin, JROTC or another field and you know what to enter.
• Industry/agency folks
  • for “Which of the following best describes the setting you work in? Please choose all that apply.”choose “Employer or industry association”
  • for “Which of the following best describes your role? Please choose all that apply.” choose “Employer or industry association representative”
• Our Cluster is Public Service & Safety 

Step 4 – Conference Registration Fees page

• Industry/agency folks who are attending the recruiting conference on Sunday- you will click “Law and Public Safety Agencies – Law Enforcement and Public Safety Industry Recruitment and Youth Pipeline Conference.” That will sign you up for the whole three days. You can attends as much or as little as you can. 
• Anyone participating in the preconference sessions will click on those. This is for the Sunday sessions only. You will still need to sign up for the main LAPSEN conference. 

Step 5 – Payment

• You can pay with a credit card or you can click on the “Credit Card” dropdown and change to Check or Purchase Order.
• When done be sure to click “Complete Registration.” This will lock in your rate.
