The First Ever!
For the first time ever Law and Public Safety (LPS) industry, educators, administrators and WBL leaders will all be in the same place! WBL in LPS comes with very unique challenges. Often LPS gets bypassed due to these complications. This preconference hopes to ignite an expansion across CTE LPS WBL programs.
The entire LAPSEN conference will have substantial content with industry and educators related to career integration. WBL leaders are welcome to participate in the whole conference. But there may be limits to how much a leader can miss to attend the LAPSEN and ACTE conference in their entireties. With that in mind, this ACTE preconference day hopes to provide a solid dive into WBL as it applies to LPS programs.
It will be a full day of workshops, sessions and roundtables revolving around LPS WBL.

ACTE Vision is the preeminent CTE conference in America. LAPSEN is excited to collaborate with ACTE to offer the best week of training for LPS teachers possible. We highly encourage educators and administrators to attend both the LAPSEN National Conference and ACTE Vision. There will be several LPS specific sessions in the Vision line up. Additionally, Vision has outstanding sessions on general CTE topics relevant to LPS teachers plus the largest vendor expo in CTE.
