When registering for this virtual course you must do one of the following:
Instructors are required to have basic 911 certification (not included in this course). The basic training or waiver must be in place for an instructor to be fully certified to teach the NECI materials and certify their students. Instructors may take the instructor certification training prior to completing this requirement. For more information on instructor certification – click here.
- Participants with dispatch certification and have a copy of their certificate can simply upload the PDF in checkout

The instructor certification course is a 15-hour professional development credit course. The registration includes all materials needed to instruct the NECI course in the classroom.
